We're into April!
March was a busy month after the publication of the Essential Skills Tracker. We shared our findings on this over on our social media, and saw several articles on the Tracker in external press.
It's also been great to visit Uganda and Kenya to work with government teams there as they look to make the Skills Builder approach part of the education curriculum. They are part of a pioneering group of 10 countries adapting Skills Builder into their context.
April's set to continue the momentum from March. In this newsletter:

Join us at Partnership Day
Partnership Day is just over a month away. Join us at Allen & Overy in London, on May 18 09:00-14:00 BST, for a day packed full of networking and workshops from our different teams.
We've got some great speakers lined up. Our keynote speaker, Kirstie Donnelly, CEO of City & Guilds Group, will be talking about the role of essential skills across our lives and how we can better build them. We'll also be exploring essential skills in global contexts, hearing from international partners as well as Professor Anne Bamford, a world scholar for UNESCO, and Jo Owen, Founding Chair of STIR.
We'll be hearing from partner businesses, educators, and impact organisations in spotlight and workshop sessions too.

Please note: Partnership Day in-person admission is exclusive to partners of the Skills Builder Partnership or invitees. To attend it online, choose the 'Virtual Admission' option - this is virtual streaming available to everyone.
Statement on the Schools White Paper
