LGT Vestra launched their internship programme in 2019 with the hope to engage students from different backgrounds and give them a flavour of the wealth management industry. The partnership with Skills Builder will enable these young people not only to take away industry knowledge but also learn invaluable skills that they can take back to university with them and use throughout their professional life.

The Partnership includes over 510 primary, secondary and special schools, as well as colleges, 130 employers and more than 50 skills-building organisations.
