Providing an induction course and summer internship each year for around 20 students at various businesses with the horseracing industry. It is a Development Programme for those finishing a degree course, higher level apprenticeship or those will similar capabilities and skills. Teamwork and Leadership are embedded into the Development Programme during the initial 2-week induction course and this is continued into the 8-week internship for participants.
