Finding Your Career Superpower is an engaging and empowering programme designed to support young people with additional needs, educated in mainstream or specialist learning settings, to make progress with their career and personal development. The programme consists of a teacher guide, student workbook and slides for classroom use.

The slides contain several activities that focuses on personal growth across Listening, Speaking and Aiming High. These activities are aligned with the student workbook where they have a chance to reflect on their essential skill score and answer questions aligned to the Universal Framework for each skill.
