A fully facilitated group employability programme for students in Year 12, supported by Network Rail.
The multi-part programme sees mentors from Network Rail support students through four highly interactive and engaging sessions exploring the rail industry, specifically the Programme Management or Technology streams, among many other fascinating subjects.
Students develop key transferable skills such as speaking and creativity through a number of group activities which emulate real-life tasks network rail professionals contend with. They also learn about key competencies such as accountability, collaboration, and responding to challenging situations.
Two sessions are delivered in school and two are delivered at the Network Rail offices.
