I AM IN ME delivers tailored support to disadvantaged, young people, predominantly aged 14-25.

Providing an inspired teaching environment that focuses on using expertise and lived experience, I AM IN ME promotes practical, transformative change for self, family and community.  I AM IN ME uses an integrated approach to facilitate transformative, lasting impact in the lives of young people, overcoming barriers of social, educational and economic deprivation.

Personal Development sessions provide intensive one to one support in the development of strong internal resources: Self-Concept, Resilience, Tenacity, Growth Mindset, Self-Awareness, Discipline and Emotional Intelligence. The result is the improved success in achieving individuals' goals and improved knowledge with practical principles to effectively manage Self and Situations.

This development is supported by a focus on a young person's essential skills, using reflective discussions to give individuals the opportunity to become more self-aware of their skill levels and next steps.  Selected supporting resources also give individuals the opportunity to apply and practise their essential skills and make links between the use of the essential skills and positive outcomes in education, employment and wider life.
