The Alsama Project offers refugee and displaced teenagers a world-class, accelerated education that compresses twelve years of learning into six through an intensive, 44 week per year schedule. Core academic modules—Arabic, English, Maths—are complemented by life skills workshops in professionalism, awareness, art, music, and yoga, delivered via bespoke classes at local education centres. Student progress is assessed three times annually, with regular mentoring sessions and ongoing staff support. Graduates are prepared for university scholarships and skilled employment.

Alsama Project places Skills Builder icons on relevant Professionalism and Awareness materials. Teachers use the free Skills Builder platform and these icons to craft daily lesson resources that introduce and model each skill. Students first practise through ungraded tasks, then apply and showcase their skills in graded assignments and projects, both individual and group. This hands-on, step-by-step approach allows for active skills application.
