The Harlequin's Foundation has partnered with SUEZ to create an employability programme aimed at young people aged 16-24, who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). SUEZ offers NEET young people a practical approach to work experience and employment.

Each year the SUEZ programme takes on four different groups of learners for four weeks.    Learners will spend their first week at The Stoop. Their second and third week at SUEZ on rotation through different departments, and their fourth week back at the stoop to consolidate their learning. During this time learners are also given the opportunity to prepare for an interview with SUEZ.

SUEZ Learners will learn and develop all eight of their essential skills but will particularly focus on four essential skills; listening, speaking, leadership and aiming high. These skills will be practiced through activities such as interview preparation and goal setting. Learners will then get the opportunity to develop their skills through their interaction with others throughout the SUEZ programme
