The Rework Project provides employment advice, support and coaching to Ealing residents of all ages. It is designed to overcome the barriers that clients encounter to finding a fulfilling and rewarding job or career, equipping them with the right mindset as well as helping them with the more practical aspects of finding the right job or career such as CV writing, interviewing skills and Continuing Professional Development.  This is facilitated through one-to-one coaching, an open access Work Club and scheduled workshops on employability subjects.

The essential skills icons are included within the promotional material for the The ReWork Project, the Work Club, as well as within an Essential Skills Module. The ReWork Project ensures to introduce participants to the Universal Framework, what each essential skill means, and addresses and why they are important to personal and career development.

The Essential Skills Module encourages the individual assessment, development and targeting of essential skills through the use of Skills Builder tools (i.e. Benchmark, Launchpad and Careers Explorer).
